About Holistic Harmony and Wellness
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes healing balance throughout the body chakra's and enhances relaxation. Rei meaning, "Higher Power" and "Ki" meaning life force energy. Reiki is a spiritually guided life force energy. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being. Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" as life force energy flows through all living things. Reiki can also be performed through distance healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind and spirit.
Our Services
We offer a variety of Reiki services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Reiki sessions can be administered in person or through distance healing. We offer reiki sessions, in the healing studio, in client's homes and through distance healing. Reiki healing sessions will include additional healing modality such as crystal healing and aromatherapy. Sessions can be conveniently scheduled by telephone or email.
